-Everyone entering facility must sanitize hands before entering the gym and must sanitize hands on the way out.
EVERYONE HAS TO WEAR A MASK. KIDS 5 AND ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AS WELL. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Sanitizing the Facility
-Facility Staff will sanitize equipment and seating area throughout the event.
-Teams/Spectators are requested to leave the facility at the conclusion of their games to allow for high touch and gym area to be sanitized for the next games. You cannot watch other team games. If you have a game back to back then you still need to leave your court and re-renter through main gate again.
Masks/Face Covering of Mouth and Nose
– All individuals (including players/coaches) must have a mask for entry into facility.
– Masks must be worn at all times. Coaches and players are NOT required to wear masks while coaching and playing. All table staff MUST wear a mask at all times. When you are roaming around the facility, you must wear a mask.
-All individuals must enter and exit through the specified designated area on each court and building. Entry and Exit will be separated to promote social distancing and limit contact.

Please make sure you read ALL of the information in regards to the tournament. Admission is 25.00 for the day for each spectator. Children 10 and under are free. There is NO individual game pricing. Each team is only allowed 30 spectators per game. (Covid-19 VA Capacity Guidelines) Once you enter and pay for that game, you will be directed to that court. All coaches and players are required to keep on their masks. While playing, players on the court may remove their mask. All spectators must have a mask on the entire time as well as The scorekeeper at the table. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND! You are not allowed to leave the court to watch another game. You must remain on that court during the entire game. (Bathrooms are in the lobby area) Once the game is over, teams and spectators will immediately exit out the fire door on each court. NO SHAKING HANDS! You cannot walk to another court. You cannot use the restroom. Everyone must exit! There is a gym manager on each court to instruct each of you and where to go. Courts, benches, equipment and seating will be cleaned and fogged with Covid-19 spray after each game. The tournament director or staff will come outside and ask for the next team on the schedule. The coach will also receive a text. Teams must report to the facility 15 minutes before the scheduled game time. Spectators to walk in and go through check in after the teams go in. PLEASE SOCIAL DISTANCE IN LINE! Temp check and COVID screen will be done. Door will remain locked while games are going on to ensure the capacity is with VA Phase 3 guidelines. You will enter only through the main front gate doors but only exit off each court! You will never exit out the front doors! The door will not be open for bathroom use, ETC …. IF your team is not playing in the facility. Please understand that COVID-19 has changed the way old tournaments are now run. MASKS AT ALL TIMES…. no hand shaking or high fives after the game, no sitting or standing in our lobbies, no moving freely from court to court to name a few. Music is NOT allowed during warm ups or games. We are doubling our staff and also the cost of covid-19 cleaning materials is off the charts. Our event have been going very well!! We are taking it one tournament at a time and your safety is most important thing.
